| Unlike other globes in the performance range that use gas additives or an increase in colour temperature, ‘Truckstar’ uses new 24V filament technology to increase performance.
This technology allows ‘Truckstar’ to produce up to 100% more light than conventional 24V globes reducing driver eye fatigue and maximising safety. The new filament is far more stable and delivers double the life compared to conventional globes, that’s 1200 hours of life compared to the 600 hours of the conventional globe.
The innovative filament design and optimised suspension device delivers an increased resistance to vibration and more shock resistance. This makes ‘Truckstar’ less prone to failure and reduces costly downtime.

| Modern vehicle styling has seen the introduction of clear indicator housings with amber globes in place of amber lenses. This development was designed to improve the presentation of the vehicle, however the amber globes could still be seen through the clear housing.
With the use of ‘Phantom’, the amber colour is disguised and the globe appears invisible when off. Once the globe is powered it provides a brighter, bolder amber flash than standard indicator globes.
